Financing for Lap-Band® Surgery
Dr. Kirshenbaum has priced the surgical procedure at $9950 (all inclusive) in order to ensure that patients who are self pay can afford the procedure. The price of $9950 includes Dr. Kirshenbaum’s fees for LAP-BAND® System placement, his surgical assistant, the anesthesiologist, the LAP-BAND® itself, and the outpatient surgery at a JCAHO accredited Surgery Center. Also included is 3 months of follow-up care and adjustments as well as a pre-op and a post-op consultation with our nutritionist and participation in our Lap Band support group. The charge for adjustment after the 3 months are $15.00
